The gentleman who helped (Brandon, in Waterloo Ia) us was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and in no way pushy. He let's us look around and then answered our questions when we had them. This was a much more comfortable sales experience than at a lot of furniture stores we have been to. He helped us find the perfect sectional. Very, very happy and will be back for our table because of the great service!
Purchasing experience was fine, but staff has been less than helpful with service after the sale. Purchased the warranty plan on a sectional only to find out it did not cover certain damages like the employee stated. Have been waiting four months to get replacement cushions and keep getting told that there’s no way to know when they will arrive. Will definitely never shop here again.
I had very good service at Furniture Row. I knew what I wanted when I went in but Phillip showed me another option for a table for the same price and I liked it a lot better. He was able to order the table and chairs and the bed I want. Phillip did an awesome job helping us. The prices for the items I ordered were great prices too. I was very happy.
Jaclyn mabry was outstanding, she ran numbers for me multiple diffrent and ways waited on me for 2 hours while I picked a mattress and then back and forth on what I wanted. She did not pressure me at all was right by my side to answer any questions I had. She is an outstanding employee. Thank You.
