Nathan from another store was more than helpful. When his computer went down TWICE he kept cool and figured out. He didn’t hesitate to call for help when needed. I appreciated his great attitude and willingness to help us. And get exactly what we wanted on this busy.
Tim is an AMAZING person and team member! He was so tentative and helped multiple customers, and there was a wonderful, and organic flow to his assistance. I truly hope you value his attentive skills and amazing customer service because he is a HUGE asset to your team! Please let him you know appreciate him!
The store manager, Ryan, was a great help. He did a great job despite the system not cooperating and being the only employee working at the time. I was signing up for a new line, plan, and phone. He explained to me what was going on every step.nnI only hope they are able to hire more people soon. It is disappointing to head into a store and only see one employee working. Disappointing to both the customer and the employee.
I personally don't use AT&T, but the workers were really nice to us and they tried their best to help us! They even were playing cartoon networks regular show when we walked in. Felt homey!
