If you are with Sprint, you will be treated as a second class citizen by the manager at this T- Mobile store in Waterloo. For Sprint customers, he wanted $30 more for the same phone. He lost a potential $850 purchase because he wouldn't work with me. Don't shop here!

Great customer service! All the agents working there are superb and really value customer! Happy since I moved with T-Mobile, everything is just so smooth! Keep up the good work!

Became a new member there less than a week ago, switched over from another company. It took a couple days to iron everything out because there were complications with my phones compatibility but through it all they were very patient and helpful! I don't normally write reviews unless something stands out and this definitely did. After all was said and done i was taken care of the best way possible! Special shout out to the main 3 that helped through the process- Dulce, Brady and Alicia! Great workers!
