I must be invisible because I just stood at the counter for 4 minutes while 3 employees were working behind it.. not one even look me in the eye! Just needed to do a simple pickup. I'll stick with the Staples in Cedar Rapids.

I ordered curbside delivery based on the current health crisis. I pulled up to the curbside sign. I waited, no one came out. I could see the employees watching me. I called the store. The answering machine said the store was closed. I had to park and enter the store. Fortunately I had a mask to ware. Why offer curbside delivery if you don't want to provide the service??
I recently came in to Crossroads Staples and was greeted and helped by Jeff Perkins he answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. What a Great employee!
