Horrible if there was a zero it would get it cant answer their phones told it would take one hour then told 10 min then 20 min later shortly prescription was sent over at 10am in the morning and it's now 310 in afternoon been standing on this hard floor with no seats for over 35 min with a messed up back
The people who work in the pharmacy have always been very helpful to me and I usually get my prescriptions in good time.
The customer service is extremely poor, there are only a handful of employees who has excellent customer service skills, the majority of the employees really need to take a customer service class that also applies to the managers. Most are not knowledgeable about the products. There are never enough employees lines are extremely long. Its just sad that customers who spend there hard earned money here has to be treated in such a way. I hate going in this Walmartud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e
They're always out of some of the meds. The wait is long also
