T-Mobile

Had some phone issues with the original transfer that we had done at another TMobile with data not showing up on one of the lines. We stopped in at this TMobile store and Bryan helped us through the entire issue and seemed very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He made the whole issue go quickly and smoothly!

Eugene and Bryan at the Moorhead MN store were a tremendous help today. Top notch customer service!

Staff member there named Bryan was soooo freakin helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! We had 3 lines to switch over to Tmobile and he made the whole ordeal go smoothly as possible. My family loves to joke around and he was laughing at our jokes (which youll get 5 stars just for that!! ud83eudd23ud83eudd23) and cracking some himself with us! We spent a couple hours at the store but Bryan's attitude made it enjoyable. Keep being awesome and we're so glad we switched over!!

I would give less stars if Google allowed it. Tmobile could not complete a simple phone purchase for our family. My wife has been a client of theirs for over a decade. We wanted to buy a phone outright. But to complete it you need to do a signature email which by the way is dumb when you are already in the store and they verified your ID via a MN license. Anyway, the email didn't come. So I called on Saturday and was advised to call corporate because the stores can't resend an email. Called corporate. They couldn't resend the email to the email on file without my wife's consent. All we asked was them to resend something that they agreed to on Friday to an email that is on file with them. IE not a different email address which I would expect them to verify that with the wife. We will be switching.
