Saw screenshot telling their drivers to use their loves points to pay for oil and scales.. Loves cards have the driver info tied to it not the company's.. if I worked for this company I would make sure to not use my rewards card so they have to pay maximum amount for the fuel. Companies who do this are petty and don't deserve good drivers!
I work for Warm Trucking and they are a very good company. They treat there drivers very well. They treat your with the upmost respect. They go above and beyond for there drivers. I enjoy working for them and so does my wife. I make good money and I am home every weekend. We drive new truck and pull new trailers. So if you are looking for a place to call home. I would recommend this company to any driver.
I worked here for almost 2 1/2 years. I found an opportunity to get orf of the road and be home with great bday and benefits.nI gave a three week notice and was let go that day. Still waiting for my vacation pay along with reimbursements. Three paid holidays IF you work them. My health insurance premiums cost me over $14000 /yr. My out of pocket reimbursements for the year was almost $2500 because he refused to allow purchases for necessities on the com data card.nA very poorly run company.
This is a great company to work for!!!!! If you want to drive a new truck and put in the work to make GREAT money this is the only company out of Iowa that I and my husband would reccomend!!!!
Just seen a screen shot from their Qualcomm. They're forcing their drivers to use their loyalty points for oil, coolant, cat scale etc. That's a horrible company to work for.
