My couch is great, I got the blue Darcy sofa chaise. The sofa is the ONLY reason for the extra star. I'm 19 and I went in to but a cheap couch for my first apartment. They told me about progressive leasing (WARNING DO NOT USE THAT COMPANY) to which a couch that costs 459+tax will end up costing you 891+tax. They tell you its not gonna be charged interest but that's a lie! Every time you make a payment the will take out tax and fees! I also waited since June 2020 to get my couch November 2020!
Very unhappy with how they handled our sale. We went into the store and picked out the set that we wanted. She told us the price(which was wrong) and asked what color we wanted it in. We said Grey. We got brown and we got the wrong ones. We wanted the one with the usb port and power. When we cslled they told us that that was what we ordered and that the power would cost more. Very Unsatisfied and will never do business with them again. Would not honor the price we were told.
We found what we wanted, could afford, no hard sales tactics, informative and friendly. Quick service, too!
Awful experience! Ordered my couch almost 3 months ago and still don’t have it. Every time I call they give me a different date and don’t try to compensate for delivery at all.
I use to always see this place on Facebook and always wondered if it was a real place!! I actually went there in person, I bought a bed very reasonably priced, in looking at a lil sectional now as well as a counter height dining set. This place is awesome ☝ufe0fud83dudc4dud83dudc4cud83dudd90
