I got a phone and accessories on the 29th of September. I couldn’t run the phone, missed out on a very Important Zoom meeting with my family and sister in a nursing home that night. I called the store and Jennifer was not helpful in my response. I called Metro the next day and I was able to get back on my old phone. Don’t use the Sycamore store. Cedar Falls location is closed, use the Laporte Rd. location. Today, I was just another complainer, wanting a refund on my accessories today. She, Jennifer, said, “we don’t do refunds on accessories.“. Bologna. Commission based. Nothing more. Waiting on Corporate to call me!
Their rate plan prices are great. Better coverage than boost, cricket, & sprint. I contantly travel to cedar rapids and iowa city & have minor service interruptions. Their phones are less expensive & you have more to choose from than us cellular prepaid, plus their plans are cheaper. You can upgrade your device every 3 months as well.
Bad customer service do not recommend them
