I really enjoyed working with Vena to purchase a new recliner. She make sure I had the right chair, in the right color at a good price. She was low pressure, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable about the purchase. I plan to go back in the future if I have any other furniture needs.
Brandon was very polite and not pushy. He showed me where the recliners were and explained about the different color tags. He then left me to look at thenchairs and came back a couple times to check if I had any questions.nWhen I chose the one I wanted he typed up the purchase agreement and set up the delivery date. Very pleasant shopping experience!
I stopped into Slumberland to check on a table im interested in...Fred Herman has been assisting me on this table. He answered all my questions.nThen I asked about lamps and Fred showed me several and told me about tbe extra 25% off there is.nLong story short i bought a pole lamp and 2 other lamps. Fred isn't pushy and I like that in a sales person. Fred let me browse around...answered all my questions. Very impressive.nWhen you visit Slumberland in Cedar Falls ask for Fred Herman.
Had an awesome experience. Went in and looked around last week and got some great ideas. Our salesman Chris was incredible and helped us find several options. We were concerned about space so he gave us a great idea to map it out with painters tape. When we went back today we were able to quickly narrow down our choices and were out the door with a new sofa in under 30 minutes. If you are shopping in Cedar Falls, Iowa ask for Chris J! You won’t be disappointed!
Store associate was very nice and helpful without being pushy at all. This was my first new furniture purchase and it was easy and simple! The showroom is huge, large selection of everything and good variation of prices. I found a sectional on sale right in our low-budget price range that I love, and can’t wait for it to arrive!
