The short version: Efficient, but not hurried– would definitely go here again and recommend to others!nnThe detailed version: My appointment with FCD back in May (2020) was my first and only dermatologist experience, and everything far exceeded my expectations! From the get-go, I was able to schedule my appointment for right away that week. I don't know if it was because they'd just re-opened for in-person visits (after being closed for covid) or if that's the norm, but I'd always heard that dermatologists are notorious for scheduling very far out. Pleasant surprise #1!nnAt the appointment, everything was prompt and efficient, but without feeling rushed or like they were trying to just get me in and out (as some physicians do). I didn't need to wait long before being called in, and it wasn't long after that before the doctor saw me. I had been expecting to need a follow-up appointment, but she gave my diagnosis right then and there! Pleasant surprise #2! Her explanations were understandable, and she was happy to answer all my questions. She offered suggestions of her own product but was certainly not pushy that I purchase them.nnLastly, I asked about a small bump below my eye, and Dr. Ness efficiently explained what it was and offered to extract it on the spot (answering my questions first). Again, I would have expected to need to set up follow-up appointments, but the whole thing took about 5 minutes. Pleasant surprise #3!nnOverall, the entire staff was kind and courteous. I felt grateful that they showed no desire to unnecessarily drag things out but still that they were happy to take the time to explain and answer any questions I had.nn10/10 would recommend!

Great place. All staff is helpful and always gets you in and out on time. I see Jenn for laser hair removal and she is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, kind, always makes sure there are no missed spots, and is easy to talk to/give feedback. I feel very comfortable while there!

I had such a great experience for my first time ever going to a dermatologist! The staff were so nice and made you feel so comfortable! Even though the procedure I was getting done wasn’t a pleasant feeling, the whole experience was great! Would recommend!

I was in the clinic today because I have been fighting with a skin spot on my face. This spot has literally taken over my life. I walked nervous and worried they wouldn’t be able to help. I met with Lindsy, LMA and she gave me several options, she had a ton of empathy, stuck with my budget, and discussed options with the doctor. For the first time I actually feel that this could get better. Thank you so much. Make an appointment and ask for LIndsy!
