Only Dunkin I will go to in Webster
This is the third time I’ve come to this dunkin and they completely messed up my order. Aside from saying “I have no idea what that is” and completely disregarding my request they refused to let me have another drink. I am immensely dissatisfied with my experience.
The donuts are pretty sloppily done but the donuts are like thicker? Which is kind of nice but also not what I wanted from a dunkins. There's also almost always something slightly wrong with my order.
Dunkins game is simple, what is the percentage my coffee will be 'What I asked for'? This location is 35%, very frustrating when you think of what you pay for what you get.
