This place is top shelf! In an effort to save $20, I bought my iPhone SE directly from Apple and attempted to make the transfer myself. Of course I mucked it up completely somehow and these guys were there for me 40 minutes before closing time on a Sunday. I was humbled entirely by their selfless service and attention to my pleas of desperation. Thanks guys, you have a customer for as long as I'm around these parts. Cheers to the whole staff!
Tim was fabulous to work with! He answered all my questions in the store & afterwards! I did not feel rushed & he checked in to be sure I was happy. I will definitely do business with him again & will refer him to family & friends
Ariana is a very knowledgeable young lady. She is a tremendous asset to the Verizon store. She has great communications skills, knows her product and can navigate the hurtles, obstacles and challenges to make her customers happy. Nick was amazing! He worked very hard to find me just the right phone for my needs. I’m a Realtor and need a special camera to take virtual tours inside my listings. He also help me save money and now I’m spending less with a brand new phone. He was very professional and took social distancing and CDC guidelines very seriously. He brought my new phone out to my car to me and would continue to text with me any questions I had. I am thrilled with the service and very grateful for the safety measures. Thank you
