Bought a groupon deal and when the massage therapist emailed me back, she said I wouldn't be able to get in till the middle of April. Cancelled the groupon deal right away.

Have been unable to schedule an appt for 6 months now. My husband purchased a GC and I can’t even use it. Poor communication via email, website, and phone. Doesn’t response to email or phone calls despite several attempts to schedule. Even threatened to demand refund for my GC with no response or attempt to make right. Unprofessional, disrespectful.

very rude and unprofessional. canceled my appointment twice and the second time I showed up to my appointment to find the door locked and when she answered the door she then tells me that my appointment was canceled. this is after taking four hours off of work to ensure I got the first available appointment. she then proceeded to lie to me saying that she attempted to contact me to cancel the appointment and then proceeded to claim that I was rude to her and she seemed to want to blame me for her canceling my appointment.

Serene atmosphere, clean surroundings, a strong, intense massage, and the warm personality of the owner made this an outstanding experience. Highly recommended!

Lulu my massage therapist was very knowledgable and worked on my pain areas not just a massage. I will go back.
