I have never been disappointed in the customer service here. They always ask if i need help and are pretty knowledgeable about products and even if they aren't they'll do their best to look up the info for you or even direct you to someone who may know a bit more, which to me is fine becuase everyone doesn't know everything and the fact that they try their best to help is what stands out to me.
I went in to buy a computer and it was a very pleasant experience. No pushing or overselling, just helped me get what I wanted. It wasn't in store so they took care of everything to make it happen. Upped to give stars. Every time I go in here to shop UPS they are over the top helpful. They make it a seamless experience.
Generally, Staples has what every business needs and staff is always pleasant. This store in particular has a great staff. My interactions with the people in the Print section have always been wonderful. Last year they were helping me put together very professional-looking foam boards. Today, I visited the store to learn about quality letterhead with raised print. The staff worked well together and devoted a lot of time to figure things out and quote me a price. At the checkout line, another employee opened up a register to get me cashed out.
Staff was very helpful in answering questions about equipment and about the toner recycling program.
