My Motorola play had virtually stopped all functions. We went into the Verizon store with no certain phone in mind. Nicole was able to help me choose a good phone and even got me a great deal with a tablet/phone bundle. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Adam was awesome in so many ways!! He was very patient with me, as I am not the most tech savvy person.
