Switched from AT&T from T-Mobile after trying there service for free with there test drive device. It's like night and day, no more dropped calls and bad service. I have service anywhere and for a lower price. There customer support has been great as well. Would highly recommend. You can tell this is a company that wants to keep there customers happy.

Today I went into T Mobile for a warranty exchange (for the 3rd time in 3 months) on a Google phone. I was so dissatisfied with my experience yesterday, I was at the breaking point and ready to call it quits with t mobile after years of being with them. When I told Maria & April about what was going on, they did EVERYTHING in their power to help me resolve my issue. When you think of exemplary customer service..it's definately these two ladies! They spent HOURS literally doing leg work for me with their corporate office just so I would be a satisfied customer. They both deserve a raise or some form of compensation to say the very least. And, I will continue my service with T Mobile because of them!! If you need something taken care of..I recommend only dealing with them!
Beautiful store with incredibly knowledgeable employees. Wonderful customer service—I'll never go to any other store!
