The storage is fine.. its a metal box. They gouge you on the rent insurance even if your homeowners policy will cover you. Its a greedy move and their website even states you can use your own insurance.

The girls that work in the Columbia store are great. There very friendly and helpful I felt like they treated me like family.nIf I ever need a storage unit again I will go back to them even if it's an hour away from where I live now
Staff was only friendly when it was convenient for them and would clearly rather be in a job where they don’t want to interact with people. To be honest, I don’t even think they’d care if they lost their jobs. Threw in a few “huns” to sound friendlier than they really are.
Moving to Columbia I expected it to be a nice quiet area. Too bad anytime I want to enjoy the peepers at night or just the a nice sunny day I have to listen to some people at this storage unit blasting rap music from early in the afternoon until late at night. I’ve called cubesmart and I’ve called the manager at this place and no one has done a thing. Sure would be nice if my 5 month old could get through a nap without being woken up.
