EXCELLENT customer service. I got screwed over by Uhaul for my out of state move late the night before I was set to move. Penske went out of their way to find me a truck I could use one way. The nice employee(I think David?) stayed after closing to check in the truck that was coming back after hours to make sure I could get it when I needed it. They had no obligation to go out of their way to help me out, but they did anyway. Very happy and Penske will be my first choice going forward. Thanks again!!
Living around the corner from Corporate office this doesnt even compare but I'm sure it's the best place to rent from in that little town. Truck wasn't properly checked as they said it had a broken passenger seatbelt, wasn't full of fuel or DEF nor was trailer inspected. That said the younger night mechanic took care of the missing securement pins on the trailer. If memory serves me his name was Ben. I appreciated his willingness to help a customer after hours When I returned for the trailer After loading the truck. He certainly doesn't have the poor work ethic of many people today.
U-haul doesn't have anything on these guys
