Packages are being left on the road instead of the front porch. Wake up FedEx this is 2020!!!! I’m not dragging my chewy orders up off the road. I have notified them of your lack of service.
I see two similar reviews. The Christmas cards I ordered 12/1 have been sitting at this facility and have departed and re-arrived here multiple times. Original delivery date was 12/13. Now tracking site says 12/21! Guess no one is getting their Christmas card on time! I sent a message to FedEx 2 days ago and have not heard anything back. Should’ve ordered from Amazon and received via UPS!
My shipment has been sitting there for 2 weeks and the company I ordered from (chewy) compensated me $20 on a $50 order for fedex being late. It’s not chewys fault they shouldn’t have to pay for fedex’s mistakes.
