Handled interstate move without any issue and at a much lower cost through NorthAmerican than Allied or Mayflower had quoted me for the same service. Robert Thompson and his crew had it packed up on the truck one day and unloaded at my destination 10 hours away the next with some daylight left over. Really recommend this company to anyone.

Buyer beware. They throw items into boxes without wrapping them. They overstuff wardrobe boxes and role up clothes on hangers and stuff in bottom of wardrobe boxes. They fold art in half to fit it into boxes. They missed the delivery window by 6 days and did not keep me informed. I had to call them and sometimes I did not get a response. They also kept changing the reason the load was late. Various reasons given at different times: truck loaded in wrong order of shipments at Fettes, labor difficulties at Fettes, Judgement call to deliver other loads first, etc. A BBB compliant has been filed. I do not recommend this company.

We have moved 24 times in our life (we were military) and this was one of the best. Because we were downsizing/moving to a smaller home, we chose to sort out and pack ourselves. Fettes picked us up/loaded and moved/delivered to another state. Their supervisor/driver was knowledgeable and professional. He watched over his younger crew. Their work was professional, timely and completed successfully. Estimate of charges was spot-on for weight. Much better than using “moving brokers” from the internet who grossly underestimate weight and cube to suck you in at a estimated lower rate!

Ordered Furniture online and had the unfortunate experience of working with this Transportation company who passed the buck onto Wayfair as to why the tracking information was incorrect. When speaking with the Fettes, was hung up on and not provided any information as to why there was a delay and what time furniture would be delivered.

Have been waiting for my large sectional couch for a month now. Called everyday for a week this past week. Expected my package to be delivered by now or at least an email or text but got nothing! I have 2 case managers on this sectional couch and no one has returned either the case managers or myself or family members calls. I ended up getting their number and googling them. Found them 5 minutes from my house and went there. After a week, I finally talked to 2 guys that seemed clueless and we’re just standing around on a Friday at 2pm. They said we weren’t even scheduled for next week to be delivered and they had no idea where my couch was. They told me they close early on Tuesday’s and Friday’s which is not correct. Their hours are MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 8AM-5PM. The front desk lady isn’t even there most of the time that I’ve literally gone and seen myself. I’ve walked in and no one at the desk. stood around for 15 minutes each visit calling for someone and no ones there. VERY unprofessional and clueless about anything.nIf there was a zero stars that’s what I would give.
