Always great customer service. Our 4 year old blind had a problem retracting. Called and made an appointment. Brought the blind in and had it repaired in under half an hour. Couldn't be happier.

Hans hung the last of our window treatments today and we couldn't be happier!nHans had some great suggestions and we were impressed with his services from planning to completion (in the midst of a Pandemic!).nI highly recommend Kellner's to anyone seeking great service, good design advice and impeccable work!

Not a happy experience. Buying a new home and shopping around for ideas and materials of the window treatment. The only lady in store wasn't patient and couldn't answer questions well, just told me to contact their shutter expert for in-home measurement. Very condescending when asking my budget. Even after I said I am very willing to pay the price for good quality, she still asked me to contact their expert for an in-home measurement first.nThere is a huge gap between shopping around to get ideas and commit to use your service!!! The store is even not willing to provide some consultation service to learn the needs first.

From start to finish, Kellner 's deserves a 5-star rating. During my wife's initial visit to their beautiful showroom, she was met by the extremely friendly and helpful staff. From there, Hans came to measure our windows the very next day (and was even a few minutes early for our appointment -something that is typically unheard of.) He, also, was friendly, professional and helped us select the blinds that would serve us best. All 13 blinds came in within the projected 3-week projection and were installed the day after they called to inform us. Again, Hans was on time, installation was complete within about 2 hours and we absolutely LOVE them. We are planning to order blinds for the remaining 10 windows next year. Thank you to everyone at Kellners for such a pleasant experience!!
