We worked with Errol today. He is very knowledgeable and nice. We did not feel we were purchasing anything we didn’t need. Fantastic personality and didn’t feel like we were dealing with a salesman but a friend instead.nI will recommend all my friends and family to work with him at this store.
Errol was awesome. He spent over 2 hours helping us set up our new phones, transferring all of our data from our old phones, making sure we got the best deal/promotions, and answering all of our questions. He left us with his cell phone # to reach him with any additional questions we may have. His customer service skills were exceptional. If you're in the market for a new phone, check out the Verizon store in Vernon.
Mark and Fadeela are absolutely the most kind and helpful employee/manager that work at Verizon, near Taco Bell. He is a wonderful manager. They are so polite...and I ask alot of questions! I recently had the pleasure working with Errol when I upgraded my phone. I am a chronic researcher and had visited the store 3 times asking questions. Errol was helpful and informative. He understood my needs and wants in a phone and helped me narrow the search.nAfter pulling the trigger, I had run into some issues since I switched from IOS to Android. Errol spent hours helping me. He did not give up trying to problem solve my issues. After many attempts, Errol completed my transfer. Through the whole ordeal, he was pleasant, optimistic and sympathetic to my frustration.nI would recommend anyone to this Verizon store! They will go above and beyond to make sure you are pleased with your purchase.
Great customer service skills! Very knowledgeable about Verizon products. He was the only Tech there Saturday morning with 6 customers and he was able service everyone! Because of the service I received and the information he gave I would absolutely go back again I rate him a 10!!!
