Found the Walgreen's in Rockville Ct NOT as Clean nor not staffed well as the 24 hour store in VERNON CT!! Also do find its very hard and TAKES MUCH TIME to get assistance in the Photo Dept!! I actually waited one time for 15 minutes just too have a staff member finally appear and WAS told SHE DID NOT WORK PHOTOGRAPHY DEPT SO? I WAS ASKED TOO COME BACK ANOTHER DAY!!! NOT GOOD!! But? On a PLUS side Tina in Rockville usually in Cosmetic Dept will help THERE and Every where!! As the Woman with 24 hour VERNON Store Long blonde HAIR Day shift will do the same as Tina!! Customer Service is really important in any Type of business and when I feel shunned or put off? I won't be HAPPY and that's gonna reflect MANY factors? Will I come back? Will I suggest the stores too others? No!!! The Cleaner the stores the better...ROCKVILLE NOT GOOD ESPECIALLY PUBLIC RESTROOM!! Nasty!! Sorry too Say VERNON STORE NOT CLEAN IN THAT AREA TOO!! For the most part?? Tina and the other woman from the VERNON STORE both Cosmetic People are Great and One reason I keep COMING back!! ALSO MARK who Ive seen grow with the Rockville STORE !!!But?? Walgreen's DONT think that people will keep on being impressed by ONLY 3 PEOPLE!! Clean up the rest of staff and Have The Pharmacy in Rockville have a talk with Male on 1st shift Head Pharmisit I know his attitude is NOT Pleasant acts as if he gets bothered if a person needs too ask questions!! He is tall dark hair cannot see his name but? Usually day time and not VERY friendly!! Debi~J
