We arrived at the store location ten to 7 o'clock which was closing time. We were expecting the clerk to tell us that she was closing very shortly and if we wanted a new service and phone we would be better off coming back the next day. Thankfully that didn't happen. Ashley welcomed us to Verizon and asked how she could be of service. I was in the process of canceling T(wish we were Verizon) Mobile. I was ten days into a useless contract as I could not get any service in my home. I could only get lousy service outdoors. Anyway, Ashley was awesome. She did a great job and even took care of another customer who was just making a payment. It was 7:15 at that time. We walked out with the phone that I wanted and a nice case as well. You have a fine manager who is willing to go beyond with the extra yard. In this day and age it seems employees are just trying to get by and not interested in doing a great job. Hang on to this one... she's a keeper.

Taylor was excellent. She patiently assisted us with our questions assisting us to make the best decision in replacing a damaged phone. We would highly recommend Russell Cellar. The customer service is the reason we returned again to purchase another phone.

I am not a Verizon customer but needed to get an Otterbox and glass cover ASAP for my new phone (because I forgot to get it when I ordered it through my regular store). This was very last minute and I remembered Verizon was right down the road from where I was. Wassay helped me out, was very friendly, and not only did he get me what I needed, he put the glass cover on my phone and the Otterbox on! I was in and out of the store in no time!nnI would totally recommend them for any of your cellular needs, and like I said, I'm not even a Verizon customer!nnGreat service and all of the sales people are very friendly and helpful!

Verizon representative Wassay was very attentive to my needs with my phone and my questions about my bill. Excellent customer service!nI would definitely return there and ask for Wassay if ye is available!!
