I recently visited the Home Depot in North Windham. I wanted to learn about what kind of generator would keep my furnace running as well as hot water and lights. The staff person told me known of their products would keep my furnace running and I would need a full house generator. That is inaccurate. I learned that a 12000 watt generator would would be sufficient for what I need. The staff should have said they did not know rather than offer inaccurate information. The cost difference is about $12000. Home depot should train their staff better.

I was there looking for caulk. Home Depot has all kinds of caulk. Big caulk. Little caulk. Black caulk. White caulk. Shiny caulk. I asked the one service associate to show me the caulk and he exposed it too me. I am grateful that Home Depot has people who knew how to handle my caulk. When I got home I gave my wife caulk in the bathroom and later I gave her more caulk in the kitchen. She was grateful for the caulk and I enjoyed giving it to her to fill those deep crevices. Thanks Home Depot for helping me with my caulk.

We just had a great experience at this store! The moment we walked in, we were greeted by Morgan who asked us if we needed help. He directed us in the right direction, then helped us load our cart and get more product from the back! He then helped us load our car up!! Such a big help and great customer service! Thank you!

This is a standard Home Depot. Points of note:n* This HD does not have a rental department.n* Concrete is inside to the right.n* Outdoor department is small.n* They are usually staffed pretty lean. It may take them a while to find a person who can assist you.n* If you're buying more than $300 worth of construction materials. It's worth a stop at the pro desk. They can usually work out some kind of discount.
