Our family has been costumers of Logistics for several years. Ben and Jessica are always very helpful and patient with all of our questions. They are also very honest and upfront. Recently they put together a gaming computer for our son. They walked us through the whole process as we had no idea what we were doing. They went above and beyond to assure we had a great computer. We are very happy customers and definitely recommend Logistics!

Ben and his team are excellent. Super knowledgeable and efficient in their process. I mailed in a unique internet device and they repaired broken connectors and brought my device back to operational! Highly recommend this company to fix almost any smart electronic device. Customer service and communication is exceptional.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! Speedy repairs made to my Nintendo Switch (USB C port was damaged and had to be replaced along with a faulty battery)nI was honestly more than a little apprehensive about sending my Switch through the mail for repairs but to Logistics credit they had perfect instructions for doing so on their website. No trouble whatsoever with shipping.nI was notified when they received my Switch, received a phone call once the repair was completed and emailed photo verification of my system working. I am beyond impressed and thankful for their quick & quality repair.

SOLID! This is the place that gets it done. Though my review is a bit over due.... If anyone asked me if I knew of a place that did any of the repairs and or services that Logistics provided I would recommend them hands down! No doubt about it, they know what the hell they are doing and I also found the honesty and persistence to fix my issues even though some hiccups along the way, I got the big impression that they cared. I will definitely use them in the future! If you didn’t know, now you know.
