Kohl's

I love the Willimantic Kohl's . The only reason I gave it a 3 was because of low inventory and little selection. The store was almost empty, so I am sure they have not stocked it which is understandable

This department store has a good selection of clothing and shoes. They also have home goods and gifts. It is local to me and never as busy as the manchester location.

I love this store, but I had a poor experience with a cashier that nearly ruined my trip!! Like always, I found a bunch of great pieces that I was really excited about. However, my experience at the registers was subpar. Gladys was dismissive and unfriendly. She hardly acknowledged me until I greeted her, and she continued to be short with me for the duration of our exchange. When I asked about coupons, she was rude and unhelpful- I later found out that they had a 15% off sale going on that she failed to inform me about!!1! Very disappointed, especially as I usually have wonderful experiences with the other employees.

Gladys iS kindness most helpful lady,its a pleasure to have her as my cashier. She is a real asset to kohl's!!

I like Kohls but I only shop there if I find something on sale. They usually have a good sale!
