Scheels Home & Hardware

I went into Scheels looking for a part (end cap for wired shelves) for the bedroom closet. I was wondering around trying to find these things and a person walked up and asked if they could help me. The person was an employee ( it was their day off) and helped me find these tiny parts. I was so impressed that he helped me (on his day off) that I had to point out that I wish all stores had employees like this guy. I never got his name but i wish I had. PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE- it is so hard to find these days.

The customer service is fabulous. Store is spotless and no wait for cashier. Highly recommend!

Very good store! Had everything I needed and the staff was helpful showing me where to find what i was shopping for! I'll be shopping their again!

They have a variety of options and great customer service... Someone was always there or around close to ask if we needed help with anything.

I've been looking for an attachment for about 3 months for a leaky faucet went to Scheels Home and Hardware and Monty took care of me right away. Bam!!!! It works perfectly you guys are great.
