They were very thorough in helping me with my mattress purchase. And couple I weeks later after when I realized I'd like a little more firmness. The salesman was extremely helpful and just gave me what I need to firm it up myself at home. He didn't charge me for the firming foam or adhesive. Super nice fellow. Very interested in my complete satisfaction of my comfort needs. Even offered to carry the items to my car for me! The customer satisfaction is top notch in my book. Thank you

We can't say enough about the fabulous service and quality of the product. My wife had a surgery that required she keep her head elevated. We are so grateful Comfort King offer an adjustable base. My wife will be able to use the bed in her recovery and then can use it after her recovery. These have the functionality of a hospital bed but with way more comfort. The staff were wonderful to work with. They listened to what we needed and found the perfect match.

I have purchased many different mattresses in the last 20 years from Comfort King and I can say I have never been disappointed in any part of the quality or service I have received. They have always been willing to work with me on anything I asked of them. I am in my seventies and have never had an issue with their products. I would suggest you go talk with them because they are very knowledgeable about the engineering in the making of mattresses and they use that knowledge to build you a bed you can enjoy for many years. Comfort King is great to work with! You don't have to worry about commission based sales tactics when you walk in the door here. Very knowledgeable; were great in helping us get the mattress we wanted in our budget. We are on our second mattress with them in 20 years (and only because we wanted to upgrade to a bigger size)! Their prices are great for the quality. You're also getting someone local that stands behind their product (unlike those online bed-in-a-box companies) for LIFE of the mattress. Our newest mattress from them has been amazing from day one - couldn't believe how great I felt just after the first night of sleep. I was so thankful for it and the adjustable frame when I was recovering from a major surgery this year. Will definitely continue to do business with and recommend to friends.
