We had the pleasure of working with Michael and we had been in to see him numerous times to find the right bed. Never once were we pressured into one over the other but Michael did provide a ton of facts, demos, and helped us ultimately with making the best decision for us. We are so happy with our purchase and Michael made it super easy. We also had the pleasure of working with Amadou as he delivered our bed and did a wonderful job to make sure everything was set up to our liking and was extremely cautious (work a mask, asked if we would like shoes on or off, moving around furniture). Thanks for the great customer service and awesome product! I’m sure we will be back in the future for more beds and wonderful service like this!
Great business. Staff was very friendly and explained all the material used in their mattresses as well as the purpose of all of it. Didn't even take 24 hours from the time I ordered my mattress till the time it was ready for pickup. The warranty they offer on their beds is great as well. Would definitely do business with them again.
Excellent service here. The store manager Jason helped us and definitely knew his stuff. We felt very comfortable and there was no pressure on us to buy anything - in fact we were not intending to buy anything but ended up committing to a mattress that day. My fiance and I have never slept better on our new mattress and the warranty/rebuild policy they have can't be beat. I highly recommend this store.
Updating one year later. Initial purchase was a BOGO Omnipillow. Mine lasted for ~1y and the other is still pretty fluffy. I recently bought a blue Qn sz MyPillow. I like the BBD pillow but in two years later I've found that MyPillow holds up longer plus it's machine washable.
The sales team is excellent no pressure very informative.
