Very helpful sales agent, Debbie. She showed us all different options for what we were looking for.. Store was very clean and everyone was wearing masks, which is appreciated during the current time. Free door step delivery, available fairly soon. Would recommend!
Been waiting for my furniture since I bought and PAID on a July 4th sale. Zero communication until a couple weeks ago when I was told they anticipated mid September. Called yesterday and was told they'd call back with info but never got the call.nnGood prices but poor customer service. I feel like they were happy to make the sale and take my money but don't/won't follow up with the customer. When one buys a car, they drive it off the lot. When one goes grocery shopping, one takes the groceries home. Any other store will sell it and ya take it out the door. Not sure why this concept should be different for a furniture store. Especially a 3 to 4 MONTH delay!nnWill be buying from a place where I'll be able to carry it out the door immediately
I enjoyed walking in to the store and not get attacked by a salesperson. It was great being able to look around the store and not feel like I was being followed.nMy salesperson was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed working with her.
On my 4th visit to a furniture store this afternoon, I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. My sales guy led me to the recliner section and showed me several models and helped me find the right size, color and price! All this and help loading the recliner in my car in under 30 minutes. I’m a happy camper today!
