Kevin was absolutely amazing! I switched over today from Verizon and he explained everything extremely well, got me the best deal and was able to order the color of phone I want! I’ve never been so impressed with how fast T-Mobile is!! If you’re questioning wether to switch over to T-Mobile ABSOLUTELY do it. Best decision ever.. not to mention.. I’m saving money for a better plan then I had with Verizon!

I was extremely impressed with our Mobile Expert Austin. He was super helpful and took his time to make sure all of our questions were answered and provided all options available to us without any pressure. He made sure to point out any important info. I was very impressed with his helpful, pleasant and positive attitude. This store was also very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile store to any T-Mobile customer looking for a great experience.

Representative was very knowledgeable and transparent on plans and coverage. In the end, he couldn't recommend a plan for me based on lack of coverage in an area of use...I appreciated his honesty.

WES AND KEVIN in Fargo ARE SUPERHUMAN! We fought with T-mobile customer service for 10 days online and on the phone trying to get them to unlock our phones. Nothing but runarounds or incompetence from multipleT-mobile representatives, even though the phones were totally paid for. We were told to do the same thing at least 15 times even though we told them we had already tried that, given promises that they would call back after talking to upper management, even directly lied to. We were ready to go to drastic measures to get T-mobile people to act like decent human beings and show their company had some type of ethics, BUT then we read about Kevin and Wes in the 45th St T-mobile reviews! THEY ARE AWESOME! Within 10 minutes they had my phone unlocked and usable. They deserve to own the company, and if they did, fewer people would be leaving T-mobile for other carriers! Called this location to ask about my insurance and filing a claim. The employee answered the phone and proceeded to help me until a customer walked in, he asked to put me on hold so he could help them first. If a customer is already being helped you dont drop them once a new one walks in. Incredibly unprofessional and rude.
