WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE TOWN OF FARGO. CALL THE SIOUX CITY STORE AND HAVE IT SHIPPED.nI went in to Karl's looking to buy a dishwasher. I wander around looking at what models they had. Several salesmen made eye contact with me so I figured I would be helped fairly quickly, boy was I wrong. Watching salesman after salesman walk buy me and not even ask if I needed any help I began to get frustrated. Twenty minutes went by and I finally left not ever having talked to one person.nI didn't want to take my business to a big box store. I remembered an old Army buddy of mine worked for Karls down in Sioux City. Giving him a call and explaining my experience he said he would be more than happy to order anything I needed. So from now on I will be giving him a call and having the everything shipped from the store direct to my house. Special thanks to Marquise salesman of the year.

GREAT service!!! Prices are the same as the box stores if you have someone else install. The service, as stated earlier, blows the other guys out of the water.

These guys had exactly what we needed, could get it installed quickly and their prices were right for our budget.

Great service, helped right away, will be buying other white goods from Karl's!
