I brought my mom in to get her first smart phone. It was her 74th birthday. Our sales associate Will, was beyond amazing. I thought they would transfer her contacts from her old flip phone and send us on our way. Will took the time to sit down and explain the smart phone to my mom, and he was so patient. He taught her the basic use. I was sure that I was going to be the only one helping her with this. I was very impressed with the level of customer service we received.

I came in 30 minutes before closing thinking they would not have time to help me get a new phone and set up. Jack was amazing. He was extremely helpful, took his time, educated me and was so positive. Best Verizon experience ever.

Jack was very helpful and knowledgable. He transferred everything from my old phone to my new one in much less time than I expected. He was very patient and thorough in explaining all of the features and things I didn't understand. I won't go anywhere else.

We stopped by the Verizon store this evening and they were currently out of the IPhone 11 in the color we preferred. To our surprise that was not a problem for Will and Jack. They used their amazing customer service skills and ordered us the exact phone we wanted directly to the store and will have it all ready for us when we return in 2 days. Thank you Will and Jack for your great service and restoring our faith in your store. We will definitely return and tell others about our experience.
