I was kinda shocked they didn't checked my credit my first time there, but rather they contacted three of my friends for reference. Thought that was pretty cool. They are awesome and will work with you in a crisis. Friendly, fast and courteous. Five stars all the way.

The people in the office are annoying and need more training. The products are not worth how much you actually end up paying for them. And they tack money into your monthly payments whenever they feel like it. They call and call and call and call even AFTER you have talked to them and set up arrangements for things. They even become so annoying they call the other contacts listed in your file, for ABSOLUTELY no reason at all because you have set up arrangements for things.

Been with them since 2011. Will not elaborate on google however a recent experience has me thinking after my current purchase is complete I will no longer be doing business with them. At that point they will have lost a customer who thought highly of the brand for 8 years and planned future purchases with them because of one not so good experience.nLike I said not going to elaborate on google but if the company would like to know, they can reach out to me they have my information.nGoes to show customer service is completely everything.nWent from 5 star to 2 star rating.
