Place has gone hill since pandemic dramatically. Ordered a hot coffee. Wait 25 minutes in line and get an iced. Usually gives me the wrong size drinks. 3 stars for cleanliness and very nice employees (SOMETIMES) Maybe just be more organized or have more workers at once. UPDATE/ (A week later) My grand mother orders a bagel and jam and cream cheese often. Most of the time they don’t even have it or at least say they don’t. It’s rock hard to the point she can’t even cut it. We would’ve tried to get a new one but the line ALWAYS takes FOREVER. Your coffee AND drinks will ALWAYS be made wrong and be the wrong size here unless your one of the lucky few.

Worst service i’ve ever had in my entire life. I was looking at the menu and the lady working there asked “Are you going to order something or are you going to waste my time.” Safe to say i left and will never go there again.

I go here almost everyday, get my normal stuff but today they let me down. they burnt my lunch. i ordered 2 egg abs cheese on english muffins and they burnt the muffins. i had to make my own at home.

Not sure what to rate this place. Honestly all depends on who you get..Like sometimes when I ask for stuff the employees don't even know they have the item on their menu or I get caffeine when I ask for decaf. I stopped going here for awhile because of the decaf vs caffeine issue.but just stopped getting coffee here. Now when I get things sometimes it looks like it supposed to and just recently the pumpkin muffins looked like it was made by a preschooler. Just thrown together no icing. Not appetizing at all. Sometimes coming here is a 50/50 chance you will get what you wanted.nI've gotten really sick after eating two items here. One after pumpkin doughnut and two after the pumpkin doughnut that wasn't made correctly.Major Beware.

Great staff who keeps the drive through line going. Convenient location at 4 corners which doesn't kill the morning commute.
