Amazing customer service at Code Zero! Justin is very professional and knowledgeable and his amazing customer service skills make him stand out from the rest of his competitors. we had a very uncommon issue. Justin spent a lot of time with us on the phone prior to us coming into the shop. Then at the shop he worked very hard at trying to resolve our issue. Their shop is clean and well-stocked and just a great bunch of people.
Service is great; pay for the replacement FOB, and it includes programming is free, 2 year warranty and free battery changes each year!! Excellent deal for our Tahoe, wish I had known this before I ordered mine from Batteries Plus!! Cost me the FOB and programmingwith no extras!! $150, if I'dgone to Code Zero it could have been half that with all the perks!!
Justin is the best! He's done our window tinting and just put auto start in my vehicle. Highly recommend them!
