Like the surveillance system itself. The support and way that the tech support is set up and controlled by the installer is terrible. You’re not able to reset or access your own system until, ‘they’ have time to reset it for you. As long as you never have any issues it’s fine but the minute you need to change anything the support is not very good for this product.nAnnoyed that I don’t have much control over my own system and access to my own accountnnI contacted the main company, customer service number and emailed them as well on a Thursday and no one was around until Monday either. Have not had any luck with customer support locally. Our wifi we had to contact the company to gain access and control with our system after it was installed.nnI was also asked to change my rating once the problem was finally fixed on Monday night. 5 days after not having any access and no after the password was checked I still couldn’t access the system. If you want good system with not much support and no monthly fee it’s good. If you want reliable customer support the I would go with bigger company that has 24/7 customer support and not just 1 guy with a side business. Since I’ve been told many times he also works full time

The installation was definitely better quality than I would have been able to do myself. My family wants to do movie night every night now haha. DNA is the real deal so stop shopping around and call Darby!

Great at communication, works quickly, and very flexible with scheduling. Could not have asked for a better company and would highly recommend to everyone!

We didn’t realize how we truly needed help with our system. We were trying to figure everything out for ourselves and were getting no where. Darby was able to quickly program our system and help us understand what needed to be done. I wish we hadn’t waited so long to contact him!
