Just bought a new refrigerator here last month. The order process went very smooth and it was scheduled to be delivered 10 days later. The delivery was very quick and efficient. About 1 week after delivery we noticed the price had dropped $600. ($600!!!) We went into the store and they did a price adjustment right away. They were very happy to do the adjustment and encouraged us to monitor prices on all items we buy through Best Buy. The will price match for the same item, even if they price match their own price. You can't beat that.

I had to have a gift card checked for amount left on it which I did not have to wait long in line to do so that was nice. There was a gentleman who helped me with some of the sound bar options. The one I had ultimately chosen was marked on the floor stacked in boxes from the black Friday weekend. I was ready to take it with, it was a good sale, and I had a gift card. What a great day! No. The salesman informed me that the sale marked had ended yesterday and the tag was incorrect and it was almost $100 more.... Now, I work in sales and when human error like this has occurred in my experiences, we always give the customer the price that is tagged as it is not their fault. I left today feeling a bit salty about this. I understand sales having expiration dates but if it was tagged this price, that's what I should get it for.

Most times I'm very happy with my visits, but recently we purchased an item, which ended up not being what I needed. Though the employee was friendly about it, so wanted me to keep the item which was not not going to work, without me purchasing something else, which they didn't carry. I felt as if, it was more important that they keep the sale, rather than the consumer being made whole.

so I bought a Nintendo switch almost 2 years ago, we got the protection plan and we had to use it last may, the controls didn't work so they was gonna send me replacement since they didn't had any in stock..nthe problem was that they didn't have any in the whole country I guess..nI was told to get it somewhere else and they will pay me back after I send the receipt and my info..nno big deal right?nwell is been almost 7 months and no reimbursement, I was told it would only take 6 to 8 weeks..lolnI've try to call the store but I was told there was nothing they could do that I just had to wait.nnow I'm out over $80..
