Brought a couple laptops in to get estimates on repair. Took weeks to get estimates that cost more than a new computer. Told me delay was due to them going on vacation. No heads up that it would take longer than normal to get back.

I took a new set up for a new gaming PC in to these folks and they were very helpful! They helped me diagnose my problem (faulty power supply) within literally one day along with an explanation of their diagnosis and some other things to lookout for. These folks are definitely professionals and very friendly. Thanks again for all your help!!
