Consistently awful. This last time was the worst, having to spend over 3 hours just to activate a phone
Ferhad was very informative and helped me to upgrade to a new phone and apple watch. He also helped me with a an apple ipad with internet service without using a hotspot.
They ask for your driver's license now to take a picture claiming it's for your protection when they are just mining for more data to use and sell. When asked to remove your license from their system they claim it already has when you know it's sitting in the file on their iPad. You can't even walk in to all them about ant public deals they have without jumping through a million hoops and good forbid you aren't the primary on the amount. Good luck to anyone going to sprint now that t-mobile bought them
