I got a controller from there and it broke. Had the replacement plan and they said they would have a new one out to me I 5 to 7 days. Took a month to get to my front door. Then the controller they sent me as a replacement was also broke. Then I called and complained and they said it took so long because of covid and the item I got was preowned so there was going to be problems with it. Excuse me but the item I buy should not be falling apart. Gamestop is a horrible company and there is a reason they are going bankrupt. I'll take my business to best buy or target for now on.

It's hard to recommend Gamestop anywhere with their well known sales and purchasing tactics. As a hard to sell store goes, I found the people here nice enough and knowledgeable, if a bit apologetic that things were the way they were. Spending more tends to get you the better deal, at times, but you're almost always better off checking everywhere else first.
I called them and left my name and number so that they could call me to tell me when they would have pre-orders available for the PlayStation 5 so me and a friend could get them. Didn’t receive a call...
