If I could I would give 0 stars. Terrible customer service. The sales representative made promises that she or the company could not follow through with. Told us the bed would be delivered within the time frame that we asked. The day that it was supposed to be delivered, we go to the store and they tell us it was never brought to the store from the main warehouse and they needed another 2 weeks to receive it. We had to go to the main warehouse to pick it up because sleeping on a couch was no longer an option for our backs. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience that we were put through by having to drive an hour and a half away from our home to pick up some thing that we paid for to be delivered... Also I specifically asked three times to give me the iron rails, The sales person assured me that she was charging me for it tried very hard to sell me the useless mattress cover and definitely charged me for that but didn’t give me the things that I actually needed. I cannot even believe this store exists, with such carless attitudes.

Very careful owner opp pick up load for Bob’s furniture appointment for delivery brokers laying to drivers when you coming on gate need appointment number very very careful dont take load for Bobs furniture ppl very slowly

Bob's a good place that deliver park across the street hang out in the dirt lot go up to the guy show me a paperwork and put your license plate down on your paperwork they'll come walk into you tell me what door to go to your back door a guy will come out and get your paperwork to unload you he'll come back give you your paperwork and you're done simple
