Cindy in the Norwich location was absolutely amazing! She was not pushy, but rather helpful and listened to us on what our wish list was. She was open and honest about delivery times and worked with management to help get us the best pricing. All of above made it easy for us to make a purchase. We will be back again to see Cindy, or any of the staff.

Cindy was amazing to deal with! I would highly recommend her to anybody.nShe was not a high pressure sales person which is one of the main reasons it was a very positive experience.nShe had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about the product that we were buying.nnI will be looking for opportunities to go back for other purchases that we may need.

I had a great experience in the store. The sales people were helpful, informative and did not hover. Ana K. was very friendly and helped me simplify my mattress purchase. The owner came out to say hello and to thank me for making a purchase at his store. It was so sweet and genuine. I will definitely be going back to the store for future needs.

I want to thank Theresa for two great shopping experiences this week.nnMy husband came home on Thursday, quite pleased with the desk, chair, and recliner that he purchased earlier that day at Gorins for his study. Not only was he happy with the quality and price he paid, he was very complimentary of Theresa...the sales associate...who was well informed about the details of each item he purchased. He said “She was so nice and helpful. Not pushy.”nnSo, I made a visit to Gorins today and purchased a great mattress, at a great price, and received exemplary service from Theresa as well! Mattress shopping is daunting...overwhelming number of choices... Theresa listed to my wants and needs and guided me to the mattresses she recommended. She was right...I bought one!nnIt was a pleasant experience and I want Theresa to know that...and many thanks to her.

I bought love seat with ottoman here. Cindy was awesome and very personable. She made the purchase extremely flexible and easy. I went back to buy a chest and kitchen dining set and again asked for her. She was again so pleasant to be around. She was honest about the merchandise that were available and the ones that would take the longest to get due to COVID-19. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Will go back again to finish furnishing my new home.
