These stores are always understaffed. I will say I've really never waited @ this store. The staff is nice & friendly. This store is also very clean & neat. The cashier cleaned the check out counter & keypad with every customer. You dont see that anywhere anymore. Bathrooms also very clean. Thankyou to all the staff @ Norwich. Great job!
Customer service is amazing. Covid-19 did not knock the store out. They have a king size bed that I'm going to purchase the whole set. Again outstanding customer service and the products is not bad either.
Great bargain department store. Staff is super helpful and friendly.
Big Lots has nice things in there especially around the holiday season! Reasonable prices, too!
