Macy's

Macy's has quality products and great discounts this holiday season. One thing Macy's could improve upon is customer service. It is difficult to find anybody to help you if you have a question. They simply need more personnel to assist customers. Also, both of the clerks I interacted with on separate occasions we're painfully slow. They need to pick up pace if they don't want to lose customers to shopping solely online.

Great sales and clearing out to bring in new styles. Lots of empty rack space and hoping they get new product in soon.

Great selection! Comfortable atmosphere.. although the staff isn't so quick to help, still gives you privacy/space to shop on your own.

God awful service, small overpriced selection. The staff who 'helped' us walked away mid conversation to greet friends. She also didn't cover her nose with a mask. We left and got the wedding suits at a different shop.
