Always buy more than I came to buy

Regular Costco, everything pretty normal except the food court is scaled back. I love the variety they carry and the savings for my family. This Costco had everything clean and organized and the employees were very helpful and polite. We went in just to get some stuff and before we were done we were heavily loaded. The checkers handled our big load smoothly and even got a second cart before i had a chance to get it. Love Costco.

Today, I was picking up a few things in the West Fargo Costco. Would like to clarify that the mask sat the same way in the liquor department as it was when I walked into the store. Nobody corrected me then. I made a quick stop at the liquor store before picking up a few other things. As I was paying in the liquor store, the male attendant told me to pull my mask over my nose. My reply was that if I wear the mask to high or over my nose, it makes me sneeze a lot. The mask was at the very bottom of my nose. If I can’t wear a mask correctly, he instructed that I purchase a plastic visor. He took my wine items and wouldn’t let me buy them. I asked for a manager. All said and done, standing, discussion, waiting for the manager, I clocked more than 5 min. Minutes that I never will get back. The manager never came so I picked up the rest of my items in the bakery, paid and left. Not a single other Costco employee questioned how my mask was positioned. I won’t explain my mask issues to any 20-30 year old non medically trained Costco employee. I saw customers without masks and some with their masks only over their mouths walking in the store. No employees said anything to them that I saw. I could write a short story about the rest of my experience but I will leave it there.

Always plenty of items in stock!! Lots of courteous staff.

Went into Costco In Fargo this morning, only went for 3 things. Took so long to get in then out because the place was wall to wall people already!! No room for social distancing, no room to try and get around anyone. It was crazy! I haven't seen it like this in a long time! If it's ok for the big companies, why not the small businesses?
