The worst Dunkin i’ve ever been too. They never get the order correct. 9 /10 times they are out of most of their food/coffee supplies . The customer service is awful!! As i was driving away i heard them make rude remarks about my order! multiple times i’ve had to argue about about them making my order wrong, i asked for no sugar and there was clumps of sugar on the bottom, that was visible! when i simply asked them for a new one, one of the employees argued with me. worst time here ever! will never go back !

Bad. Waited 20 mins in line, at the speaker another 5 mins to be acknowledged when I said hello? To be told hold on, mins later finally helped and told they have no croissants. Pull up to the window with 3 employees, gave my card for a drink then just stared at so I had to ask if I was good to go and was given no receipt.

The only reason I’m giving a 5 star is due to me employee. Everyone else is rude. Acts like you shouldn’t even be there to order your food and then when you get what you ordered it’s done wrong. If it weren’t for the one employee that works the night shift I would not go there.

I have been here 3 times and I travel all over many states hitting dunkin all over. I have found staff pleasant, but cheese was frozen on the sandwich, and when I asked for replacement, she apologized, gave me frozen cheese again.nNext 2 times were lines of cars while I waited to give my order, and no one in line. I shouldn't wait, at the microphone for 12 minutes to.give.my order and keep being told almost.
