The salesman in the store was amazing and absolutely awesome finding me a mattress within my budget but also comfy! The manager to help me find my way through the store was amazing as well and she was so friendly and nice I was excited to get my mattress today. The only thing is when they delivered it they moved so fast which is good but I didn’t realize they put the mattress and box spring on top of my pull strings for my windows which got stuck in the bed frame and the box spring, I just had a baby so I’m not strong enough to get them out. I called to see if they could come back to help me but they said they were too far away. I love the mattress and the experience in the store was amazing but I guess I should’ve been more careful about checking and making sure everything was good before they left, I didn’t even notice it until I put the mattress cover on ud83dude29
Good quality furniture, reasonably priced..I always thought they were really expensive. I went in to purchase office furniture and I wasn’t attacked when I walked in by a sales person. I was greeted by Anderson and he casually asked what I was looking for and guided me in the direction to see some pieces. He was attentive without being pushy. I ended up finding office furniture and an adjustable bed for my son. Linda at customer service was also very nice and helpful. It was a positive experience and I’ll go back when I need additional pieces.
I went to the Waterford CT store after I had already ordered couches from another popular furniture store. They had been ordered in July and still not received yet while getting the run-around as to when. I was also making payments on them through their financing according to their store policy. I was immediately greeted by a friendly sales person who gave us info on the current sale and let us browse. Noticing that we were spending extra time on a certain set she came over to give us the highlights of the couches. She was great and never pushed the sale at all. I loved dealing with her through this whole sale. My old couches I am replacing came from Raymour and Flanigan about 15 yrs ago so I'm hoping my new ones will last as long
We are moving out of state and has wanted to get some new furniture. We went here simply to look at one bed and one dining room table I had found that we liked. A few hours and numerous trips around the store we left with the whole house being furnished. Paul was absolutely wonderful, patient and extremely knowledgeable about every product we asked about. We changed our minds a few times and he was so kind and changed it every time without a problem. When you go here, don’t think you’ll be in and out. There are so many things to look at, you might get lost like we did, but it’s worth every minute. When you go there ask for Paul!
The salesman who waited on us was so helpful. There was no pressure at all he encouraged us to walk around and look at all our options and he would be there to offer assistance if an when we needed it. He was very informative and honest about the time it would take to get our couch delivered. He gave us no false promises and we really appreciate that. I would highly recommend this Raymour & Flannigan store in Waterford.
